For over 40 years Instant UpRight
have designed, manufactured and installed modular and
fixed aircraft stands and docking solutions for aircraft
heavy maintenance, unit service and inspection checks.
Instant UpRight Ltd., have teamed with aircraft ground
support equipment specialist, Team CVI, to deliver
lightweight aluminum docking systems which focuses upon
the functional needs of the Military User and
Maintenance Repair Overhaul Service Operators. Together,
Instant UpRight and Team CVI have become experts in the
development, production and installation of Maintenance
Platforms for Fixed and Rotary-wing aircraft from large
commercial down to small regional aircraft types meeting
the unique needs of the military and commercial markets.
Individual stands can be purchased and subsequently
joined with other stands to create a complete docking
system.

maintenance stands and aircraft docking systems that are

support is available from project concept and maintained
throughout the life of the project from design through

provide on-site consultation, commissioning and detailed
technical manuals to ensure we not only remain within
your project budget but also meet and exceed your
expectations. Our engineers using 3-D modeling and
design software are able to develop a prototype design
to your aircraft stand requirement in advance of

into THREE categories-
STAND-ALONE PRODUCTS
Suitable for
multiple aircrafts, Stand-Alone products are designed to
suit a specific maintenance application and use standard
high strength aluminum frames and components. This is a
non-modular low-cost access solution designed to save
time and money.
Stand Alone Products
include: Access steps, cargo door access, walkway
access, low level work platforms
MODULAR AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS
(M.A.S.S.)
Designed to suit
client’s specifications, The MAS System is completely
modular in design and can stand alone or be integrated
into a complete system. Components can be added to
configure the system for various aircraft types for use
as a temporary or fixed system.
Modular Types include: Nose and Tail Docks,
Engine Stands, Wing and Crown Stands
CUSTOMIZED SYSTEMS
A totally
unique system designed and manufactured to client’s
specification. Suitable as temporary but primarily
used as a fixed system for C and D checks. Special
Systems use a combination of aluminum and steel and can
be designed for fixed or adjustable heights.
TOWERMATIC SOLUTION
Instant
Towermatic systems are lightweight work podiums.
They are flat-packed and simply unfold and lock into
position providing a safe stable work platform.
Each towermatic has a range of adjustable heights and
incorporates integral outriggers provide additional
stability.
